The above prices include:

• Fully Comprehensive Insurance
• Horse and vehicle recovery by ERS
• Full Safety Check before every hire
• Full cabin valet and horse area disinfecting before every hire
• Full tour of box with explanation of 'how everything works' on collection

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

It is your responsibility to have your horse(s) insured. Our insurance does not cover any animals in the vehicle.
Please ensure you carry your horse passport with you at all times.

The vehicle will be supplied full of diesel and it is the hirer's responsibility to return the truck full of diesel. If the tank is not full on return, we will refill at your expense and make a small charge for the time this takes. Please do not allow the fuel tank to fall below a quarter full as this can lead to mechanical problems.

Please return the horsebox in the same clean condition that you had on collection. We sometimes have very short turnarounds between hires and cleaning out a messy box wouldn't make this task any easier. If we need to clean out the horsebox when you return it, you will be charged for this additional work.

Mileage is limited to 450 miles per day. Thereafter we will impose a charge of 20p per mile.

Parking is available free of charge for one car during the hire period. Please note vehicles are left at own risk.
